I don't like the answers. Depending on the nutrients and the level of disfunction there could be a complete failure to only a partial failure. Most likely only a partial failure that could result in poor nutrient absorption and/or a blockage. Additionally, discomfort and worse may occur as bacteria take advantage of the situation.
