I know you probably have not written the questions yourself, but in French you do not ask people about their "origines ethniques" but about their "nationalité".

Thank you so much for your help. Also, the questions did confuse me ( I did not write them) I am taking a french two class online, and my teacher does not know french all that well. Which makes it harder on me. So that is why I ask questions on here in hopes I can get feedback from someone who knows the language well. So thank you for your help and explaining it better.
