Think about grocery shopping while you're hungry and walking down the candy isle or by a food you really want but isn't exactly healthy. You need good judgement to pass by the unhealthy item for one that will actually make you full. Some obstacles are your body telling you that you want that, the impulse to buy everything on the shelf, and the limit of the money in your wallet.
