What is the difference between the fields surrounding a stationary charge and those that surround a moving charge?

fields surrounding a stationary charge produces an electric field and fields surrounding a smoving charge produces a magnetic field and this magnetic field force can't perform any work because it is perpendicular to the field(B) and velocity(V) but electric field force can perform work
