Give us some details about the physical activities that they do which contribute to their cardio conditioning. Please bear in mind what it takes for an activity to be considered a cardiovascular workout – a minimum of 20 minutes of constant or near constant activity which maintains the heart rate within the target zone.

Example: My mom, Sherry, is a terrific example of someone who is in great cardiovascular shape. For the last 3 years she has been swimming 30 minutes to an hour at least three times every week. She uses multiple strokes to vary her workout and checks her heart rate to be sure that it is in her target zone.
