whats a difference between the principles of electrical motors, generators ( AC & DC), transformers ?

OpenStudy (sidsiddhartha):

generator simply takes mechanical energy as input and gives out electrical energy as output and motor takes electrical energy as input and produces mechanical energy and generators work on the principle of flemings right hand rule while motor works on flemings left hand rule and transformer is a ac machine which simply transfers electrical energy from one circuit to another keeping the frequency constant

OpenStudy (anonymous):

DC and AC generators dono ka same h princple operation h. farq os m ye h k dc generator ka output hm commutator sy lety h. and ac generator ka Rings sy dirct. commutator ka kam hota h AC signal ko DC m convert karny ka. In short Commutator is a rectifier. means dono k output alag h AC Generator AC provide karta h and DC, DC. same hm Generator sy bjli lety h r Motor ko Bjli dety h. Generator ko Gas ya Petrol Diesel daal k Elctricity banaty h. Means Mechanical Energy to Electrical Energy and Motor ko hm Electricity dety h Mechanical Energy hasil karny k liye. and transformer to Faradays law of Electromagnetic Induction py kaam karta h..
