You need to move the decimal til it's between the first and second numbers. Count the number of spaces you have moved it and note it as (whatever the umber is) x 10^n (n being the number of places you moved the decimal. In this case, you will move your decimal 13 places. So your answer would be 4.81 x 10^13. Get it?
