What is the least possible degree of the graph?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

#28 on the graph

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I have determined if I am looking at it right that it is an odd degree function with 4 turning points and so it is a 5th degree polynomial.

OpenStudy (perl):

one second

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

well to me it looks like 3 turning points... so degree 4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you counted 3 and not 4 turning points?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I was trying to graph it on my calculator but I don't seem to have enough information because it looks as though it is stretched

OpenStudy (perl):
