I found characteristic equation r^4 -8r^2 +16 = 0. Factored this to (r^2 - 4)(r^2 - 4)=0

r = +/- 2, r = +/- 2. These are repeated real solutions.

So I came up with y = C1e^2t + C2*t*e^2t + C3e^-2t + C4*t*e^-2t How does that look?
