Many agreements between Native Americans and the federal government fell apart because of what?

I think because the federal government didn't treat the Native Americans fairly...they treated them poorly and often wouldn't follow the agreements. They just thought that Native Americans were some animals when they were the real animals by just invading their space with no warning or at least being nice.
