What is 3.184 Rounded to the nearest whole number? Wouldn't it be 4 ?

It's not 4. -.- ^ 5 or more, up the score, 4 or less, let it rest. 3.184 1 is not 5 or more, even if yhu took the 8 and rounded the 1 up to 2 (which is wrong don't do that) it would still round down to 3.

Wait I was wrong, It isn't 4, that part is right, but when rounding decimals, yhu do round the thousandths place 3.184 would round to 3.2, which would round down to 3. haha, sorry about that. ~^u*~
