A circle with the equation (x + 4)^2 + (y - 3)^2 = 9 is reflected over the line y = -1. What is the equation of the image? (x - 2)^2 + (y - 3)^2 = 9 (x + 4)^2 + (y - 5)^2 = 9 (x + 4)^2 + (y + 5)^2 = 9 (x - 2)^2 + (y + 5)^2 = 9

when you reflect the circle, its center's coordinates change. from the given equation the center is (-4, 3) on reflecting it in y = -1, its center becomes (2, 3), hence the equation becomes (x - 2)^2 + (y - 3)^2 = 9
