I dont understand what they mean by the 25th percentile

ok to understand this you need to know that the quartiles divide the data into 4 equal parts



so look for the 25 percentile that has the smallest range

the 3rd 25% as it is the most compact...

all the scores for this quartile (25%) lie between 20 and 24... all the rest of the quartiles are more spread
