I believe this would be graphing may someone help me with it please The vertices of triangle XYZ are listed below. X(-6, -5), Y(-10, -2), Z(-6, -2) What is the approximate perimeter of the triangle? A. 6 units B. 9 units C. 12 units D. 24 units

The rectangle question was simple because we could easily count the distance between the points, however because some of the lines are diagonal we have to use the distance formula this time.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

For any two points, if we want to find the distance: \[d = \sqrt{(x2 - x1)^2 + (y2 - y1)^2}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok tht will be the distance formula

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sorry openstudy seemes to be having connection problems today or something

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So first we should input two coordinates for the distance formula. We can start by using the first two points X(-6, -5), Y(-10, -2)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok starting off tht way

OpenStudy (anonymous):

give me a min to do this 1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i got 11

gtg. sorry, bye
