Well considering Dialysis only has one form (that i know of) perhaps you could talk about what about it is beneficial, given the cost of doing so.
perhaps something along the lines of:

Although dialysis can be expensive and possibly cause infection if done incorrectly, it can also have great benefits to the person receiving it when performed correctly.
