OpenStudy (kendricklamar2014):

Write the expression using a single exponent 2^2 x 2^8 A. 4^10 B. 2^10 C. 4^16 D. 2^16

OpenStudy (kendricklamar2014):

@agent0smith

OpenStudy (anonymous):

C

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its a :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

multiply 2*2 first and get 4 then multiply the exponents and get 16

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its not c you have to times two and two

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no thats not what its asking its asking to write it usiing one exponent

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you don't make sense

OpenStudy (anonymous):

READ THE QUESTION

OpenStudy (kendricklamar2014):

I also think its A

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you're trying to correct me but you are saying it wrong and i did read the question

OpenStudy (anonymous):

instead you should say add the exponents instead of multiplying

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that would make the answer a

OpenStudy (kendricklamar2014):

That what @stupid12 said

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You have to simplify so you take the steps you cant add the exponents without the proper steps which is to first multiply the 2s. Its called combining like terms! AND THATS EXACTLY WHAT I SAID

OpenStudy (kendricklamar2014):

Thanks @stupid12

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@KendrickLamar2014 she obviously doesnt know what she is talking about please ignore her ignorance and youre very welcome, thank you for the medal! :)

OpenStudy (kendricklamar2014):

Can u help me with one more?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I can try :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no she didn't :/ "no thats not what its asking its asking to write it usiing one exponent" and "its not c you have to times two and two" that's what she said which is actually what I did then how would C have the base of 4 and when trying to correct me you should've said add the exponents instead of multiplying them that's all i'm saying

OpenStudy (kendricklamar2014):

Write the expression using scientific notation (2.5 x 10^4)(4 x 10^3) A. 10 x 10^7 B. 10 x 10^8 C. 1 x 10^8 D. 10 x 10^12

OpenStudy (anonymous):

alright give me a second :)

OpenStudy (kendricklamar2014):

U said C @Shay17 ^

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Lol omg yes I know ! why don't you get what I am trying to say I said I made the mistake by multiplying the exponents instead of adding them which is why i was agreeing to the answer being A !

OpenStudy (kendricklamar2014):

that what I said

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Omg answer is A got it. Good.

OpenStudy (kendricklamar2014):

Yes I know the answer is A cuz @stupid12 said it was up there ^

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The answer for the second question you ask me is C :) @KendrickLamar2014

OpenStudy (anonymous):

please just stop @Shay17 your stupid comments are no longer needed :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How did you get C

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Woah you don't need to be rude nor come crazy !

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and please, girls it fine, just suck it up and answer the question... you shouldn't get angry, everyone is trying to help...

OpenStudy (kendricklamar2014):

yah no fighting

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ACTUALLY... I just started thinking.. its B...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry :/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@stupid12 you're mad though for what.. ? Grow up it was a simple mistake

OpenStudy (anonymous):

let it be, please, for the asker's sake, and for the sake of others...
