Oh, I see. Well, that should be a little easier than, since you will start writing essays differently when you get into high school (especially grade 12). What is your opinion on this? Do you think space exploration and research is a good way to spend government money and citizen tax dollars?

First, open your essay with your stance on the argument. You should develop this into your introduction. Then, in each body paragraph, make a point about your argument. Why do you have your opinion? Talk about tax dollars being used (good/bad), government money being spent (it could possibly increase national debt), why you think/don't think space exploration is important, how impacts society, whether it is important for society growth, science, etc. In your conclusion, much like your introduction, sum up your argument.
