A medal will be definitely be given!! Why is Biochemistry used by pediatricians?

OpenStudy (aaronq):

idk why do doctors - in general - use biochemistry? because they deal with the human body (of children), which is a just a complicated bag of chemicals. There is nothing special about molecules in living organisms, they all follow the same physical/chemical principles non-living systems do. So doctors study biochemistry because it aids them to understand why molecules function they way they do in the body, and how we can "hijack" them so they are beneficial to our health.
