Ah, I didn't understand what you where asking. What is Biology B? is it something on here?

It means the second semester of Biology. A lot of schools (to the best of my knowledge) label their semesters with a and b so I wanted to be as specific as I could so maybe some people, myself included, could get a better grasp of the material (:
