You are to provide a quote for landscaping a garden. The owners want two garden beds, one circular and one triangular. They have specified the following requirements
Triangular Garden:
Garden Soil 20cm deep
Mulch 5cm deep
Single row of sleepers for the edge
Circular Garden:
Garden Soil 20 cm deep
Mulch 5cm deep
Concrete edging to be carried out seperately and not to be included in calculation
Grassed area:
Turf using couch grass

A landscape supplier provides the following costs:
Mulch: $65 per cubic metre. Only sold in multiples of 0.5m^3
Garden Soil: $75 per cubic metre. Only sold in multiples of 0.5m^3
Delivery Costs:
4m^3 for $40
10m^3 for $50
$10 extra for mixed loads
CCA Sleepers: $21 each sold in 2.4m lengths (2.4m x 0.2m x 0.1m) and able to be taken home in customers car.
Couch Grass Turf: $4.50 per square metre. Delivery costs included in price if order is over 50m^2
