roster notation is just when you list the elements of a set individually. so the roster notation of rhte set of even numbers between 2 and 10 (from the last problem) would be
{2,4,6,8,10}

So just list the negative numbers from -5 to -8 inside curly braces...because it doesn't say between, it would include -5 and -8
