Spamming to me means posting meaningless content once/over and over again. Posting something that has no relation to the subject it was posted in. Tagging more than 3 users at once/on one question. Or, trolling, annoying people for no reason. The real definition: Spam to send the same message indiscriminately to (large numbers of recipients) on the Internet.
