\[(-3)\left[\begin{matrix}-3 & 5 & -6 \\ 9 & -5 & 3\end{matrix}\right] + 6\left[\begin{matrix}-2 & 6 & 7 \\ 2 & -1 & -6\end{matrix}\right]\]

so you would scale up each matrix (first one by -3 and second one by 6)...then add the individual matrix elements together to get your new matrix

Ok I was thinking I added them together but I kept confusing my self
