we because if you take out sandy you would say "are we donating" and we would be the subject because 'we" is doing the action of donating 
(however I could be wrong as far as subject. however it is for sure we)

I'm not good with that part of english like the whole "active passive, predicate nomintave" and all of htat but i do know basic grammar stuff like should it be we or us :P
