What does "equal protection under the law" mean?
It means that everyone is entitled to the same economic opportunities in a state, regardless of ability.
It means that everyone has the same remedies if they think they have been unlawfully discriminated against.
It means that everyone who breaks a law should receive punishment based on their race or class.
It means that everyone has the right to partcipatein all legal activities in a state, regardless of cost.
