The specific subjects available are determined by demand. If enough students desire a particular subject be created, there is a chance of it making a debut! This applies for any potential subject.

In this particular topic I agree that Health Science sounds like a great match for what you want. :)

Sports would probably turn into people just discussing the super bowl/"last night's game" and then flame wars like you wouldn't \(believe\), and then there goes educational value.
