Ok quick question, I was wondering if "-" has a specific name, I was thinking if it was called the operator but it doesn't seems like it: http://i.imgur.com/JppFMS6.png Just in case if you don't get my question an example, the "5" in this algebraic expression is called the coefficient http://i.imgur.com/yNNdN9P.png Sorry guys for such a strange question but I'm currently studying all math slowly and step by step (PreAlgebra-Calculus)

"Minus" isn't an operator if it's used in such a context: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plus_and_minus_signs#Minus_sign
