A mute or lame person are usually distanced from society, so most have studied many books and became very knowledgeable, but the equipment required to allow a mute persons voice to be heard and to move a lame person around could be of some cost and a company may not want to deal with that.

Also with them being distanced from society, they may lack the social skills to work in a company environment

Well i can't be biased.I'll have to weight both of them equally.Most case studies say that hiring disabled people has made their company much better whereas the statistics say that about 80 % of them are un employed.
