OpenStudy (anonymous):

The Nervous system is the answer because it occurs when too much sugar (hyperglycemia) circulates in the blood stream over a long period of time. Or when drinking too much caffeine. There's more to it; but I cant get them all threw my head. Good luck (:

OpenStudy (abhisar):

and it will affect repro also

OpenStudy (abhisar):

Now lets get the reasons

OpenStudy (abhisar):

Excretory system In diabetes we all know that the blood glucose level increases. Now for the excretion of this extra glucose it requires lots of water. This can result into conditions like polyurea and dehydration. Also diabetes leads to complications like Diabetic kidney disease

OpenStudy (abhisar):

Sorry it is going to take time so keep calm !

OpenStudy (abhisar):

Nervous system Diabetes can lead to many nervous system complications like diabetic neuropathy, which results due to diabetic microvascular injury

OpenStudy (abhisar):

Respiratory system In case of gestational diabetes, increased insulin levels can inhibit fetal surfactant production and cause respiratory distress syndrome.

OpenStudy (abhisar):

Reproductive system Increased insulin production can trigger additional hormonal imbalances in the body like estrogen & progesterone imbalance which in turn can lead to infertility

OpenStudy (abhisar):

Skeletal system Patients having diabetes are found to be at increased risk of osteoporosis which leads to weak bones

OpenStudy (abhisar):

Got it ?

OpenStudy (abhisar):

Any doubt ?
