Illustrate with a diagram the ε=0N/C point for: equal like charges and unequal like charges. Please help :0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Are you asking about E = F /q ??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The neutral or null point (where E=0) is midway between the charges.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

In case of unequal unlike charges, there are two options. One positive charge may be larger than negative. Here the required point with 0 N/C will be nearby the negative charge but outside the line joining the two charges. If negative charge is greater than positive, then the point with 0N/C will be out of the line but near by the positive charge.

@sarahsaiddone25 do you get this?

Thank- you so much. What would the diagram be for the unequal unlike charges?
