Maybe you can write about someone who is famous and made a great change in the world like: Steve Jobs, Mohandas Gandhi, JOhn A McDonald, Martin Luther or etc.. Just think about someone that interests you :)

Depending on whom the biography needs to be on you have a million choices. If you are completely baffled go to google, type in " died on (your birthday), and write about the person who died when you are born. Lol
