Find the circumference and area of a circle with a diameter of 22 inches. Leave your answers in terms of pi. C = 11π; A = 44π C = 22π; A = 44π C = 11π; A = 121π C = 22π; A = 121π

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Area = pi x radius^2 Circumference = 2 x pi x radius Diameter = 2 x radius

Since you know the diameter, you can find the radius. Then you just plug the radius into the other two equations, and voila!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

C = 22π; A = 121π
