anyhow, as you can see, you have 2 right-triangles on the triangular face of the pyramid the base is 3, the height of it is 5 so.... what do you think is the area of each right-triangle?

the lateral area will be, all 4 triangular faces areas SUMMED UP, excluding the base the total area will be, all including the base, which is the rectangle at the bottom and the volume of a pyramid will be \(\bf \cfrac{1}{3}\cdot \textit{rectangular base area}\cdot height\)
