Help asap please? Describe the balance of forces that hold together the nuclei of atoms. What happens when these forces get out of balance?

atom splits if they get out of balance... (ie nuclear fission creates other, more stable isotopes) jus always remember that things want to be lazy, so go from an excited state and give off that extra energy and go to a "relaxed" (lower energy) state. forces that hold an atom together are: Gravity forces Electromagnetic Forces Strong Nucleus Forces Weak Nucleus Forces of these, like the bottom 3 are responsible for the forces in/holding together the nucleus
