What are some of the topics in literature in postmodernism?
Lately in the 21st century has had topics of murder, mystery, fantasy, drugs, alcohol, gay, straight, bi. Any other ideas are welcome.

Well, first of all, maybe the 'gay, straight, bi' could be summed up in 'sexuality'? And this leads us to the topic of 'identity', as people search for themselves. 'Consciousness' is another one, as people break away from realism, to the understandings of why. Since post-modernism became a being after the world wars, you can use 'movement' as it is a shift on how things are done. There is also a lot of criticism, as racism and discrimination diminish. There is a lot of irony and rejection of realism, so like fabrication and magic realism. Does that help?
