I read the prompt to your work and it is very simple. It should be kind of fun too.
Anyway, it is asking for you top write a personal narrative (story) on a time when you helped someone, or someone helped you. And as you write this, you are supposed to write in an interesting way;adding dialogue or quotes is a popular way to do so, that helps your reader understand the significance it had on you or as you can say, what made that helpful experience special to you.
If you follow these tips and follow your own writing style and tone, you'll ace this easily!
