What do you know about mixing oil and water ?
I know oil separates from it.
Often floats.
Yes Oil and water do not mix
So that's is the observation for the first test tube that the oil floated to the top it did not dissolve.
Okay!
Soap can be dissolved in either oil or water. When oil, water, and soap are mixed together, the soap is half-dissolved in water and half-dissolved in oil. This makes the oil 'mix' with the water.
So based off these observations what can you conclude ?
I'm not quite sure. Is it inferring to the small intestine/pancreas neutralizing the gastric acid?
what
this is open ended correct ?
The second link, the bottom question.
I have to answer that with this information.
Brb
Uh, okay.
Based off the observations what are you able to conclude ?
I'm not sure other than what I said previously.
First is simply oil and water do not mix.. Now try the second one
Soap will dissolve in water, and will make the oil dissolve in water.
Ohh wait it says explain how bile aids fat digestion !
Yeah, that's what I had meant earlier. Sorry for not clarifying better.
