study convergence of series cosn^(1/2)/n please help me

OpenStudy (dan815):

as n goes to what?

OpenStudy (dan815):

cos of anything is inbetween 1 and 0

OpenStudy (dan815):

as n increases it will make this number between -1 and 1 less and less

OpenStudy (anonymous):

n goes infinity

OpenStudy (dan815):

ok basically its just a cos curve that is osscilating with less and less amplitude

OpenStudy (dan815):

eventually as n goes to infinity it will pretty much oscillate around 0

OpenStudy (dan815):

speaking only in math then

OpenStudy (dan815):

hmm im not sure if lhopital is allowed here is it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not allowed

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i should proof that cossqrt1+cossqrt2+...+cossqrtn is bounded

OpenStudy (dan815):

oh series ok xD
