PLEASE HELP?!?!?! I DO GIVE MEDALS!!!!!! 48. As U.S. casualties in Somalia mounted, the United States withdrew its troops, and the UN mission cut short its effort soon afterward. Did this experience end the Clinton administration’s intervention in civil wars for humanitarian reasons? Explain

OpenStudy (wwhitlock):

Somalia was 1993. in 1995 the US bombed Bosnian Serb forces attacking UN safe zones. The safe zones had been set up to help settle civil war there. In 1999, Clinton bombed Yugoslavia to help prevent "ethnic cleansing" of Albanians in the province of Kosovo
