Two months ago, I logged in and started talking in the chat. About 2 minutes later, suddenly, I GOT SUSPENDED! This is what popped up: http://prntscr.com/3mvaab

I don't understand! Maybe someone thought I was evading an active suspension and they automatically suspended me.

I tried contacting abuse@openstudy.com but they NEVER EVER replied!

Two months later (today) I was really pissed off so I HAD to create another account. Sorry guys, but I need openstudy! What do I do to get my account?

Moderators and Admins have to go through a process in order to ban/suspend people. So it's highly unlikely that this was an accident. Either you got what you deserved or this was abuse. It's best if you converse with @Preetha if you arent getting any help through their email. She is a good person and she can help you get this problem solved.

People get permanently suspended for no reason sometimes. Perhaps you popped up in someone else's IP list. Can happen for example when you log in on your school network or something like that.
