how does carbon dioxide and water get into the leaf? and how does the oxygen get out? . where does the glucose go?

OpenStudy (alphadxg):

In trees, carbon dioxide is absorbed through pores in the leaves called stomata. Water is delivered from the roots to the leaves via xylem cells in the trunk and branches. Leaves also contain chlorophyll, a green substance which absorbs sunlight, setting the chemical reaction into motion. The photosynthetic process takes place in the trees' leaves.
