Hi Jesstho, 

After reading the question, this student needs some help for goodness sakes.
Anyway, the answer is D. I say this because if he forgets tests dates, he should explain to his teacher and get the dates ahead of time. That way, other people including the teacher can help remind him him of upcoming dates and times.
