Yes, If everyone voted on economic decisions rather than letting markets decide them, then it could be considered a socialist direct democracy. D.Yes, If the society was ruled by a king, who made the majority of economic decisions , it could be considered a socialist direct democracy.

Socialism is an economic system while direct democracy is a type of government. The people could vote in favor of executing socialist policy / a socialist system.
