Since there is a comma after "Jake joined in" in option A, and it is the middle of a sentence rather than the start of one, "using" should be lowercase. In option B, "there" is at the beginning of a sentence, so it should be capitalized. There is a period after "Walt" in option C, so the next part of the quote is a new sentence. "Sometimes" should be capitalized. Option D is your answer.
