how would the equation be changed if I wanted to transform the graph of g(x)=x^2-3 right 6 units and down 7 units?

It is equivalent to saying that the origin of the new co-ordinate system is (5, -7). Now think what will x in the old co=ordinate system will look like in the new co-ordinate system - call it x'? Plugin that x' in the equation of the graph.
