I'm frustrated. I feel like more people are just copy-pasting homework problems into OS instead of actually asking questions.

Thats not the thing to be frustrated with!
if they want, they will break every rule possible. That should not affect us.
what we can do is to make them aware of the rule, and if they repeat their mistake, take appropriate actions. 
(for normal users : report, for mods : warn/suspend)

As per ppl copy-pasting questions, 
such people may want "just answers". 
If they want to learn, they will ask proper questions.
If don't, you can just focus on people who actually want to learn, and ignore these ignorant ones :)

No worries, I am planning to use OpenStudy during the summer for self learning and improving my SAT and ACT scores. You will have plenty of real questions from me when the comes around. ^_^

The sad part to those who copy and paste their homework question is that they do not even bother to remove the '(1 point)' mark after their questions. .-.

I think it should be OK to copy and paste the questions just not give them the answers. If you do you should check and make sure they know it. I had a friend who gave me the answers but she wouldn't leave until I knew how to do it.
