i meant * y= not y+ *

For question A, just plug in 240 for y. Solve for x using the quadratic equation.

For question B, just plug in the second equation into the first equation and solve for x using the quadratic equation.

I get 11 days and 21days for question a. I get 1day and 23 days for question b.
