How do I calm myself down? P.S.- Sorry this isn't in OpenStudy Feedback or the chat(s).

In 1 hour and 40 minutes, I have to take a Biology final worth 20% of my final grade. I am so freaked out that I can't stop shaking. What makes it even worse is when you realize that out of 50 questions, I can only miss 3 questions if I want an A. I don't know how many are actually on the test, but I am so worried that I'll get a B. Normally a B would be a fine grade for me, but right now I have a 92% B, meaning that if I get an A, even if it's just a 93% A, I'll have an A in the class. But, the quesiton how do I stop worrying.

I am in the same situation as you are in right now....Only mine is Algebra II. I am not going to cram all this info in my head because if you do that you actually forget more information than before you started. Just relax because personally I take my best graded test when Im more calm, just think about it you have studied and taken this class all year long and that you are able to do this. Dont think about the amount of questions you are able to miss because that makes you second guess yourself. Just dont think about the # of questions and I promise you if you do that you will do great! Good Luck :)

Gys really appreciate it if u helped me on a question Medal on this page + Medal on my question page + fan. @adi.arju.2000 Thanks :) P.S the question is; A drum vibrates 180 times in 2 seconds. If the speed of sound is 340m/s, what is the period, frequency and wavelength of the waves produced by the drum? The speed of light is 3 X 10^8m/s.
