Well first you need to know the total of times the outcomes occurred so add the bottom row all together.

Then add together the total of times the outcome occurred for 2 and 5.
Once you do that, put the total outcomes on the bottom and the total outcomes for 2 and 5 on top, and turn that into a percent.
