This one is extremely hard. You have to have a very sharp eye to see it. A. is correct. B. is wrong because "The Importance Of Being Earnest" has an unnecessary capatalization. "Of" should not be capatalized.

"An" should be capatalized because it is the frist word in the title. Like I said this one is very tricky.
